LINDE TIMMERMANS guarantees the protection of all personal data provided by the User on the Website and, in compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights.
All personal data provided to LINDE TIMMERMANS will be processed by it in accordance with Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights and will be incorporated into the corresponding register created and maintained under the responsibility of the Data Controller.

No. Y9318021E, whose main activity is the breeding of horses and dogs.

II.- For what purpose do we process your personal data?
The User is hereby informed that LINDE TIMMERMANS will process personal data for the purposes indicated below, insofar as there is a legal basis for each processing activity as explained later:
(a) To guarantee the User access to and use of the Website, as well as for the management, study and resolution of queries
(b) To facilitate the relationship between the User and LINDE TIMMERMANS and, where applicable, the contracting of a service

Unless expressly stated otherwise, it is mandatory to provide all Personal Data requested, without which it will not be possible to offer information on the activities and services of LINDE TIMMERMANS.
The data are collected for the purpose of making information on the products and services of the Company/Self-employed person possible. If the User has given express consent for this, the data may also be used to send commercial information about offers and discounts of the Company/Self-employed person.
III.- What is the legal basis for the processing of your personal data?
The legal basis for the processing of data for purposes (a) and (b) is the necessity for the execution of a contract to which the data subject is a party or for the application, at their request, of pre-contractual measures; for (c) it is the consent requested from the User in the corresponding form; and for (d) it is a legal obligation.
In the event that the data are necessary to respond to a query or manage the contracting of a product or service, if they are not fully provided as required, it is warned that this may not be carried out satisfactorily.

IV.- How long do we keep your personal data?
LINDE TIMMERMANS will keep User data during the contractual relationship with the user and, in any case, for a maximum period of two years from the last time the User interacted with LINDE TIMMERMANS or until the User revokes consent, without prejudice to the retention that may be necessary for the formulation, exercise or defense of potential claims and/or as long as permitted by applicable legislation during the limitation periods of legal actions and/or those established in applicable regulations after the end of the contractual relationship. Once this period has ended, the Company undertakes to cease processing all data and, where appropriate, to duly block them in the corresponding Company databases.
Data will be blocked when their rectification or deletion is requested. Blocking data consists of identifying and reserving them, adopting technical and organizational measures to prevent their processing, including viewing, except for making the data available to judges and courts, the Public Prosecutor or competent Public Administrations, in particular data protection authorities, for the enforcement of possible liabilities arising from the processing and only for the limitation period thereof. Once this period has elapsed, the data must be destroyed. Blocked data may not be processed for any purpose other than that indicated in the previous section.

VI.- What are the rights of users?
LINDE TIMMERMANS informs the User of the possibility of exercising, free of charge, the rights of access, rectification, objection, deletion, portability and limitation of processing, as well as rejecting automated processing of personal data, by means of a written and signed request addressed to the following address: legal@yeguadajonylinde.com or to the registered office of LINDE TIMMERMANS, indicating contact details and the reference: “Data Protection. Exercise of LOPD rights”, which must contain: name and surname, photocopy of ID (passport or other valid identifying document), the request specifying the petition, address for notifications, date and signature.
The User has the right to object to the processing of their data for promotional purposes for the receipt of commercial communications by simply notifying LINDE TIMMERMANS of their intention. To do so, the User may submit their request using the procedure described in the previous paragraph. Likewise, the User may cancel the receipt of commercial communications as provided in each commercial communication.
In addition to the above rights, the User will have the right to withdraw the consent granted at any time using the procedure described above, without such withdrawal affecting the lawfulness of the processing prior to the withdrawal. LINDE TIMMERMANS may continue to process User data to the extent permitted by applicable law.
LINDE TIMMERMANS reminds the User that they have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
VII.- Data quality
LINDE TIMMERMANS warns the User that, except in cases of legally constituted and accredited representation, no User may use another person’s identity or communicate their personal data, so the User must at all times bear in mind that they may only provide personal data corresponding to their own identity and that are adequate, relevant, current, accurate and truthful. To this end, the User will be solely responsible for any direct and/or indirect damage caused to third parties or to LINDE TIMMERMANS by the use of another person’s personal data, or their own personal data when they are false, erroneous, not current, inadequate or irrelevant.
